In addition, we present 2D and 3D representations of the project, accompanied by a comprehensive floor plan featuring the selection of materials, enabling precise and inspiring analysis.

By the end of this stage, you will be ready to hire suppliers and builders, with most of the items already chosen and specified — ensuring confidence and excitement with the final outcome of your project.

The selection of materials and finishes occurs in perfect harmony with the design development. We gather all options to create an exclusive flat lay, offering a clear and inspiring vision of the project.

We finalize a detailed schedule of materials and finishes, ensuring that all necessary items are carefully ordered and procured for you.

By the end of this stage, you will have an elegant flat lay in hand, showcasing each selected material for your project in a sophisticated manner.

Lighting and Electrical Plans

We develop a complete set of plans for each space, ensuring that all lighting points and fixtures are carefully selected to harmonize perfectly with your home.

All projects are presented in an organized and accessible manner for on-site professionals, ensuring a smooth process with minimal margin for error. Additionally, a real-time schedule provides all essential information about fixtures and other selected items, facilitating every step of the project’s execution.

Furniture Specification and Procurement

We create a complete design concept for furniture, upholstery, artwork, and accessories, developing a detailed schedule that allows you to track every choice and optimize costs. We visit carefully selected suppliers to choose each item on your behalf and coordinate all orders with precision.

We manage all deliveries and storage, ensuring that everything is organized and ready for installation, providing a smooth and worry-free experience.

Construction and Management Package

We take full responsibility for coordination and procurement of essential items such as accessories, finishes, lighting, and flooring. Specialized contractors, either selected by you or recommended from our trusted network, ensure exceptional results.

We conduct regular on-site visits to oversee every stage, ensuring that your stunning new space comes to life with precision, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.

Furniture and Styling
